Instructions: Enter a short (< 100 bases) nucleic acid sequence in free format (not GenBank, e.g. ATGGTCGAT). Select a restriction enzyme from the list (its restriction pattern is also shown). When done, click on the SUBMIT button. The script will perform a full digest of the nucleic sequence using the selected restriction enzyme. GenePHP 1.x still does not support partial digests.
The rationale for short (< 100 bases) input: it's a limitation of the display capabilities of my Result Page, and not of the CutSeq() method. For help on this topic, see the CutSeq() method of the RestEn class.
