Instructions: Enter a protein sequence in single-letter, non-expanded alphabet format (e.g. GAVLIFYW, no spaces in between letters, the B, X, Z metacharacters not allowed). When done, click on the SUBMIT button. The script will "reverse translate" your input sequence into its possible nucleic sequences. This uses the revtrans_aa(), format_aa() and chk_aa() methods of the Seq class, newly introduced in GenePHP 1.1.
